Zutshi Shanti Home Welfare Trust is an Institution for people, in need of a Home, Family, Education and Knowledge. This institution works as a shelter for all neglected or downtrodden people of any age, caste, creed, community, language, disability or victim of injustice or any cruel past or experience. The society not only provides shelter to the downtrodden and neglected but also imparts quality education, professional training and numerous life-time livelihood opportunities for them.
This unique & innovative Institution came into existence in the month of April, 2007 founded by Late Ashok Kumar Zutshi Ex.DIG (BSF). Served Indian Army for years with pride Ashok Kumar Zutshi was born and brought up in Jammu & Kashmir, founded this institution along with his close associates hailing from different states and background to join in his respective initiative.
The institution primarily works for life time rehabilitation in every aspect to down trodden section of the society. This institution works as a helping and nurturing hand for those who belongs to the weaker section.
The institution till date it is barely managing it funds from day care and school services.

The primary vision of the organization is to act as a real home to the people associated with it as members. The institution tries to provide equal rights to the members in terms of education, knowledge, training and spirits to make them self-sufficient so that they can carry on the legacy of the Welfare Association of helping and providing shelter to every needy, by holding the supreme authority themselves. As the organization wishes to leave its supreme authority to the members who have actually faced the crisis of the society and yet developed himself as achievers
