1) The person should be above 18 years old to be a member of the organization.
2) A member should come with a serving purpose for the neglected people of society without any bias about religion/caste/creed from any Indian state or union territory.
3) Registration with the institution is Rs. 5000/- for any members for any category is charged as a nominal amount, can be payable in one time/part payments (for specified categories in 12-60 months).
4) Registration/Membership fees or any contribution/donation given is non transferable and non-refundable.
5) Registration and monthly, yearly and lifetime amounts will be treated as contribution and donations and spend only for lifetime projects and welfare for the rehabilitation and upliftment of needy, sufferer, downtrodden and weaker sections of the society.
6) Every member should attend at least two meetings yearly and should participate in one/two activities (of choice) and should spread the core message and goodwill of the NGO.
7) Members are requested to dedicate more time for the institution (as per their desire, level of membership and responsibilities) and maintain transparency about their whereabouts.
8) Members can donate in both terms of cash and kind to the organisation in the form of any moveable and immoveable assets.
9) Life-time members from any category can avail the facility of donating any moveable/immoveable assets/gadgets instead of cash donation equivalent to his/her membership amount.
10) Life-time members willing to donate for any livelihood generation programmes, will be given an interest @ 18% p.a. on their donation value as incentives
11) Any person who wants to join but doesn’t have any financial resources/assets can render their services as an active volunteer to avail the membership with a nominal fee of registration.
12) Any person wants to join as a lifetime volunteer willing to render services for lifetime can avail the boarding, fooding, medical and other facilities from the institution, in legal and mutual consent of both the parties.
13) NOC and written proof of assets and family should be submitted to the institution from area councillor/Gaon Panchayat/village council by the Life-time volunteers only.
14) Members are legible for tax exemption under Sec-80 (G) for any kind of payment to the organization, viz; donation, registration or any sponsorship amount.
15) Any Non-residential Indian/Foreign citizen can be a member of the organization who can enjoy the benefits given.
16) Members are given a package of counselling, in different fields and as per their requirement which is given to as individually, to married couples and to entire family.
17) Members can join us in any activities and responsibilities according to his/her choice.
18) For Life-time members, if anyone is living without any family assistance can anytime shift in the centre of the organization, in legal and mutual consent of both the parties. (condition apply).
19) Life-time members can enjoy boarding, fooding, medical and other facilities from the organisation. (condition apply).
20) School/College students are welcome to join the institution as full time/part time volunteers as per their parent’s consideration only.

WHEREAS Shri/Smti………………………………………………………………………………………….. is a voluntary present himself/herself to train and work under the institution of Zutshi Shanti Home Welfare Trust under any the terms and conditions, imposed by the trust in rehabilitation and upliftment for poor, needy and sufferer person in the society.
NOW THIS AGREEMENT IS WITNESSES AS FOLLOWS:
1) The applicant/trainee shall be about 14-50 years of age for both male and female
2) In case if trainee/applicant is a minor, the parent/guardian shall execute this agreement of the contract on his/her behalf
3) NOC/Written Proof of moveable and immoveable assets should be given from city counsellor/Gaon Panchayat/village council
4) Any person wants to join as trainee/ward should come out of their free will only.
5) Training is for four years but for the applicants who doesn’t know English/Hindi has to undergo another one year extra as an orientation under the guardianship of Zutshi Shanti Home Welfare Trust, in order to educate them on housekeeping, cooking, reading, writing and speaking English and Hindi
6) A person with resource having both parents/having a stable financial background shall pay fees according to the assessment made by the institution i.e., 10% to 25% during their training and monthly expenses
7) There shall be no allowances for transportation for person with stable financial background, they shall travel at their own cost during training
8) During the training if any of the trainee found indiscipline, disobedient or immoral he/she will be expel immediately from the institution without any explanation
9) Every selected candidates should undergo compulsory medical tests before commencing of the training process
10) All the selected candidates shall sign a bond of Rs. 5 lakhs, which is payable in case of the breach of the agreement/contract
11) In case of the any serious sickness, institution will inform parents/guardian and admit him/her to the hospital, but the expenses and responsibility shall be born into the parents/guardians only.
12) The applicant shall have to follow all the rules and regulations of the institution.
13) Every decision regarding the trainee is been finalised by the organization solely should be regarded by him/her:
a) Training will be decided as per the applicant status.
b) It will be absolute decision of the institution where to keep or provide trainings to the applicant
c) Applicant isn’t allow to go anywhere outside the premises without permission
d) Application has to follow the schedules time tables and other rules and regulation
e) Applicant has to give respect and regard to every person of the institution
14) All applicants are required NOC (no objection certificate) from his/her parents/guardian/close blood relations.
15) Applicant should be a perfect human having strong faith on humanity and constitution of India without caste/creed/community/religion/relation and gender bias.
16) The applicant will give his/her best effort to fulfil any task assigned to him.
17) Applicant should be perfect under the mentioned points:
a) Sincerity
b) Transparency
c) Dedication
d) Hardworking
e) Good moral character
f) Positive and stable mental situation
g) Perfect spiritual knowledge
h) Perfect and balance physical situation
i) Perfect awareness about good financial status for a self dependent life.
18) Applicant should be against of consumption of drugs, alcohol, tobacco.
19) Applicants with a dark past life (criminal records) are also welcome only if he/she admits/confess and undertake the process to change and transform his/her life mentally/physically/spiritually.
20) Applicant has to be very careful in his/her entire training period for under mention points:
a) Learn to lead a stress/tension free life
b) Learn to keep away oneself from doubts, confusion and fear, ego, criticism, defaming thoughts, harsh words and temper.
21) Applicants will not be allowed to use mobile phone during the training period
22) The parents/guardians can contact the trainee/ward during training period once in a month through the institution telephone
23) After successful completion of the training, the person shall work with the institution for whole life as active life member and the institution will provide him/her with the accommodation/ food/clothing/medicine and other necessity
24) Applicant should learn to adopt the lifestyle for a perfect mental/physical and spiritual fitness as mentioned under:
a) Change of food habits
b) To understand and take care internal and external about once own body
c) To learn how to be financially independent/self dependent for entire life
d) To learn about proper meditation and prayer
e) To learn how to active mental power in a positive way
25) Any applicant specially having no background of parents or any relatives will get 100% exemption in registration, membership amount, accommodation, food and other need based requirements for the whole life.
26) Other applicant having a normal family backup need to contribute Life Membership and a reasonable amount as per their financial status for their training and accomodation with the organization.
27) Both the parties mutually agreed that they shall not terminate this Agreement of Contract without giving any proper reason.
